Eccleston Primary School learns the meaning of safety

Ivor Goodsite toured with Conlon Construction Ltd to give a health and safety presentation to the school children of Eccleston Primary School, Chorley, Lancshire.

Conlon are undertaking work to Eccleston Health Centre, located opposite the school, which comprise of general refurbishments and extension works to the Centre.

The aim of the visit was to speak to the school children and explain the dangers of a building site from a child’s perspective. The events included interacting with a health and safety DVD, dressing up in PPE and meeting Ivor Goodsite. The message of ‘never go on a building site’ was firmly left with all the children and staff alike. A good day was had by all.
