Ivor and ENGIE travel across Glasgow to spread a gas and construction site safety message!

September 2018

As part of Gas Safety week, ENGIE invited industry mascot Ivor Goodsite to visit a number of primary schools across the Glasgow area to speak with pupils about not only the danger of construction sites, but also the dangers of gas.

ENGIE are working on various construction sites within the Glasgow community and some of those projects are on school grounds, therefore it was of paramount importance to get Ivor on board to ensure that the local children are aware of the dangers of both construction sites and gas.

Ivor Goodsite and his team kindly agreed to take along ENGIE’s ‘Doug – Gas Safe Hero’ colouring in sheets for the children to complete and distributed their ‘Gas Safety Champion Stickers’ to the children within the primary schools to make sure they had a memento of their special day with him and ENGIE’s fantastic team.
