Preston Park Primary School

Preston Park Primary School, Wembley

22nd September 2014

ISG Construction carried out a presentation on Monday 22nd September to the children of Preston Park Primary School about the construction works currently taking place on the school grounds. The main focus of the presentation was to make the children aware of the safety clothing worn by the operatives on site. The presentation was led by Richard White, ISG Senior Project Manager, and Ivor Goodsite. The children in the assembly had to identify the safety clothing worn by Ivor Goodsite and two children stood in front of the other children and wore the items of safety clothing.

The school farm had recently suffered the loss of a number of chickens due to the cunning fox. At the end of the assembly the school were presented with 8 chickens, which had been donated by the ISG team and the school children were given the task of coming up with names for the new chickens.

The children enjoyed the assembly very much and have sent in a number of letters to the site team after the presentation.
