Safety talk – Sacred Heart School

Sacred Heart School, Moreton, Wirral

18 June 2010

Ivor Goodsite accompanied Costain to Sacred Heart School in Moreton, Wirral.

The team, with the help of Ivor presented a safety talk to the whole of the junior school (180 pupils) covering the correct use of protective clothing, safety signage and the dangers of entering a site without the correct training.

All the pupils were given Ivor funpacks to take away as a memento of the visit and were asked to create a safety poster, with the best ones being displayed on the site perimeter fencing and front hoarding for the whole community to see.

Ivor has also visited the M53 Bidston Moss Viaduct Strengthening Project for a tour of site and to meet the team, making many friends along the way.
