Safety talks to two schools in Hartlepool

St Josephs RC Primary School and Ward Jackson Primary School, Hartlepool

9 and 10 June 2010

Ivor Goodsite and Miller Construction visited St Josephs RC Primary School and Ward Jackson Primary School in Hartlepool to talk about site safety. Both visits were a great success and outlined a lot about the construction industry including, health and safety, different trades that work on site, designers and managers that work on site, plant, tools and machinery. All the children got to wear a hard hat and vest whilst having their photos taken with Ivor Goodsite. Each child also received an Ivor Goodsite fun pack. The children were delighted with the visit and both head teachers were extremely grateful also. Miller Construction plan on allowing all the children to visit the site in September.
