Site safety with Kier

Builth Wells, Powys

9th July 2012

Ivor accompanied a safety advisor from Kier Construction on a visit to a primary school local to their site in Builth Wells Powys, to conduct safety awareness talks to children in Key Stage 1 and 2 to make them aware of the dangers of the construction site.

Pupils were shown various different scenarios where they could hurt themselves and were warned of the dangers especially during the summer holidays when they may find themselves bored with nothing to do.

The children were then introduced to Ivor who was delighted to meet such a well behaved group.
